MN’AGE TRANSPORT SERVICES is a Company with the objective of providing contract and Non-Exclusive contractual transport services to reputable organizations, locators and transporting public. Some organizations in order to get their employees to work punctually have set up in-house transport services which end up being expensive and sometimes beset with managerial problems. MN’AGE TRANSPORT SERVICES operations relieve subscriber organizations of staff, visitors, guests and consumers transportation problems thus enabling them to concentrate on their core business activities, to save costs and maximize profits.

MN’AGE TRANSPORT SERVICES is owned by Mr. Ramil A. Mamon (Proprietor), managed and operated by a group of experienced professionals and has since the commencement of operations in February 2004, provided smooth, reliable and safe staff transportation services to companies outside and within Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

• Exclusive Shuttle Service
  • Vans are exclusively designated and will cater to specific locator only.
  • Will stand-by to locator place or designated waiting area while waiting next scheduled departure.
  • Monthly or every 15 days payment term.
  • Trip report to serve as Locators proof that the service was carried out.

• Semi-Exclusive
  • Vans will cater locator from common terminal area to locator place and vice versa, or any destination desired.
  • Vehicles are utilized by other locators and consumer’s when no scheduled trip is required.
  • Fare maybe paid by employee on a per trip basis, or
  • Monthly or every 15 days payment terms if the company will shoulder the fare.
  • Trip report to serve as Locators proof that the service was carried out.

• Non Exclusive

• Locator has agreement / contract with other transport shuttle company also.
• Vans will cater locator from common terminal area to locator place and vice versa, or any destination desired.
• Vehicles are utilized by other locators and consumer’s when no scheduled trip is required.
• Service is an "add-up" to locator’s existing agreement with other vendor.
• Fare is shouldered by employee and paid on a per trip basis.

• Rates are inclusive of pick-up charge for Locators with existing contracts.
• Appropriate transport schedules shall be prepared for routes within requisite locators, as necessary.
• 24 hours call-in service. Dispatchers are equipped with company provided mobile phones and hand held radios.
• Discounts for vehicle hire (per hour) for guests, visitors and employees.
• Discounts for personal trips (5 discount cards for authorized signatories)

We shall provide 10 to 12-seater vans to convey locator staff to and from work. These vans shall be available to cater for organization transportation requirements.

Our few units from the current fleet:

Appropriate transport schedules shall be prepared for routes within requisite locators.

Cars for individual transporting public and consumers. This is to ensure that in case an employee would like to commute alone or in a tight schedule to attend to, then he or she may be transported to the desired location without the hassle of waiting and completing transporting vans seats.

We provide stand-by vans and cars for our operations. This is to ensure that in case of breakdown of contract vehicle, the stand-by units will be mobilized whilst repair work is being carried out.

DRIVERS

We shall provide neat uniformed, well-trained and courteous drivers for all the vehicles.

FUEL

All fuel and lubricants shall be for our account.

CONTRACT DURATION (for contract shuttle)

The contract duration shall be a minimum of one (1) year renewable by mutual agreement on or before expiration.
